Adam Benedict advises the sellers of Movar on sale to Reply Group

Adam Benedict advised the sellers of Movar, a specialist consultancy firm, on its acquisition by the Reply Group, an international consulting, systems integration and digital services company, resulting in the formation of Movar Reply in a new chapter for the business.

The transaction was led by Marco Vitolo‑Rhys, Senior Associate, and Harrison Carr, Associate, with support from Adam Creasey, Managing Director.
