Harrison qualified as a solicitor in September 2025 at 24. He has been with the firm throughout his career, joining as an intern and later becoming the firm’s first employee. He was part of the legal team that achieved the milestone 381 Southwark Park Road judgment, the first Building Liability Order under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Although maintaining a practice across the firm's core practice areas, Harrison sits in the corporate team and specialises in company matters, including private mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, and restructuring and insolvency. He advises businesses throughout their lifecycle, supporting transactions, reviewing commercial contracts, and guiding governance and strategy with a consistent focus on practical, commercially driven solutions.

Outside work, he is a West Ham United season ticket holder and enjoys football, boxing and skiing.

    • Graduated from the University of Law with a MSc in Law with Business Management

    • Undergraduate level, a degree in Law from the University of Reading

    • Prior to practice, he has had exposure to industries outside of the legal profession. Harrison has also gained experience with the in-house legal team of a leading global pharmaceutical company.

    • Harrison joined Adam Benedict as an intern in the summer of 2023 and shortly after became the firm’s first employee. Since then, he has become a Trainee Solicitor. He is currently in his final year of his QWE period and his qualification date is set for September 2025.

    • Harrison has advised a Caribbean insurance firm in their contractual negotiations with a large brokerage firm.

    Contentious Matters

    • Led by Adam Creasey, Harrison has acted in the High Court in a complex and high value construction claim involving the venture into unprecedented areas of construction law.

    • Harrison has advised on and prepared the relevant documentation in connection with an alleged trademark infringement, which resulted in a timely settlement.

    • Led by Adam Creasey and Ian Coupland, and alongside Grace Jenkins, Harrison has acted on a high-profile unfair prejudice petition in the High Court.
