1. About Us

Adam Benedict Limited is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA ID: 8003314). Our registered office is Paternoster House, 65 St. Paul's Churchyard, London, England, EC4M 8AB. These Terms govern the purchase and use of legal document templates (“Templates”) available through our online store.

2. Nature of the Product

2.1 Templates are generic legal documents designed for general information only.

2.2 Templates are not legal advice and do not take into account your specific circumstances.

2.3 Use of a Template does not guarantee legal compliance or suitability for your particular transaction or business activities.

2.4 Nothing in these Terms creates a solicitor–client relationship unless you formally instruct the firm for bespoke advice.

3. No Legal Services Provided

3.1 Purchasing a Template does not amount to legal advice, legal representation, or the provision of a regulated legal service.

3.2 If you require advice, review, amendments, drafting, negotiation assistance, or compliance interpretation, you must instruct the firm under a separate engagement letter.

4. Membership Benefits & Discounts

4.1 Templates are available for purchase by non-members at the listed prices.

4.2 Members under our Standard Membership Model receive 50% discounts on all Templates.

4.3 Members under our Premium Membership Model receive free access to all Templates.

4.4 Membership discounts do not affect the nature of the Templates as non-advised products unless you separately instruct us for advice.

5. Digital Content & Downloads

5.1 Templates are supplied as digital content; by purchasing or accessing a Template you consent to immediate download.

5.2 By confirming purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the digital product is made available for download.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All intellectual property in the Templates is owned by or licensed to the firm.

6.2 You are granted a non-exclusive licence for your own business or personal use.

6.3 You must not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Templates without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any losses arising from your use of a Template.

7.2 Nothing excludes our liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7.3 These exclusions do not apply where you have formally instructed us and entered into a regulated solicitor–client relationship.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
